The development of practically feasible legal instruments and working techniques can result in a meaningful contribution to the success of a company.
By refusing the methodical and semantic partitioning of law, it becomes more useful for the managerial practitioner.
In corporate practice, the legal mode of thought and operation always plays a lesser role.

To prepare legal management methods as part of the instructional programmes of universities
To develop concepts of legal mapping of management processes
To match legal modes of thought and operation with managerial requirements
To develop and implement concepts of contract management in cooperation with the private sector
To make contracts more useful for business practices
To increase empirical knowledge of contractual practices
To release the contract from its national legal isolation and bring it onto a meta-level
