Broad basics and practical qualification

The programme structure of taxation and accounting follows the systematic of the bachelor program business administration in the first semesters. Later the main emphasis is oriented towards the actual and future needs of the occupational area.

SRH University Berlin puts especially emphasis on the personal development. Due to moderation techniques, rhetoric abilities and experience in team work, you have a very good chance of entering the labor market.

During the first academic year there is a focus on a generalist's education. Additionally you will be taught in annual accounts according to the commercial code and the associated tax balance sheets. These and further areas of your desired main field of emphasis complete your starting year.

The second academic year contains an extensive programme of income and company taxation. Furthermore it offers modules in the areas of law, controlling and organization.

The third year is going to be international: European taxation law and your foreign language skills. In other modules you combine your knowledge with the that of your fellow students and take a closer look on leading tasks in bigger and smaller businesses. Additionally most of the practice phases take place in the third year.
