Admission Procedure

Application to the Master's programmes at SRH University of Applied Science Berlin can be made either online or by sending us completed and signed hard copies of the online application via mail.

Admission to the programmes is based on both national admission regulations and on personally conducted selection interviews. During the applicant evaluation process, we evaluate language and cognitive skills as well as academic performance. Our admission process also takes into account applicants’ personality and distinctive experiences, in order to create a diverse and competitive student body.

The university will use this information during the admission procedure, which is performed by a selection committee. The committee is composed of faculty and SRH University Berlin student representatives. The final selection decision will be made by the Graduate Programme Director based on the recommendations given by the selection committee.

Of course, all of your application data will be kept completely confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Academic Requirements

Prerequisite for admission to the Master's programme is a Bachelor or equivalent academic degree. Successful completion of Bachelor's programmes in the fields of Business Administration, Economic Engineering, or Information Systems generally contain the essential academic experience for admission.

However, applicants possessing non-economic degrees are still welcome to apply: Qualification will be determined by individual consideration by our admissions committee; should further coursework be necessary, participation in appropriate Master's refresher courses will be made possible.

Preparatory sessions will be held before the beginning of the regular Master's Curriculum, as well as during the academic year.

Under special circumstances, provisional admission may be granted to an applicant holding an Associate's degree, if substantial work experience in project management or similar fields can be proven to the examination committee.
