Success in business goes hand-in-hand with the development of each Master’s candidate’s personality and life path. The SRH Master’s Programme guides students to ask vital questions: “What is my innate talent?” “How does my family life impact my career goals?” "How can my national perspective contribute to the world at large?" Beginning the first day of Orientation, students embark upon a two year journey to realize their business aspirations. Personal attention, counseling, and tutoring help each student to achieve their fullest potential.

Each year the curriculum includes the rare opportunity to learn from groundbreaking businesspeople—in 2011, Mathieu van den Hoogenband, Chairman of the Board of Directors of internationally-known cosmetic company, Weleda, will offer a Life Stages workshop, during which he will share his insight into economic development as it affects career paths. Company projects are excellent opportunities to shape the student’s practical and professional profile. Absolvent, SRH’s affiliate database of companies for full-time employment and internships, provides networking opportunities and real-life job experience. One-on-one counseling sessions with experts such as Senior Coach Klaus Hölz, a former executive at Daimler AG (Mercedes-Benz), integrate interests, internship, and thesis into a cross-platform educational capstone in the final semester.
