International strategic management processes require long-term and extensive decisions. The four semester Master's degree in International Management of the SRH University of Applied Sciences offers a comprehensive programme that prepares you for an international career.
The Master's program focuses on strategy, international finance, human resources and marketing. Students will study innovation management, commercialization and the protection of intellectual property. Risk management in value-creation and finance as well as continental European law and company law are an integral part of the course material.
Our students obtain the necessary background knowledge on contracts that non-lawyers require to close international deals and sustain good business relations. Within the programme, you will learn about the entire process from proposal preparation to bargaining techniques to signing and implementing contracts, practice how to successfully close negotiations and acquire the necessary intercultural and language skills to operate internationally.
Upon completion of the International Management degree, you will be equipped with the instruments of international management and leadership competencies for the global stage.

Your semester at the Universidad de Granada will be largely focused on quantitative research and theory. This means a lot of work but well worth it! By the time you graduate, you will be able to tie together your practical experience with the theoretical knowledge you gained in Granada, which will make you highly marketable for an international career in management. Studying in Spain is also great preparation for the Latin American market in terms of familiarity with language and culture.
