"Working for the greater good"

Scientists from SRH Hochschule Berlin attend research congress in Italy

Our research associates Dr. Carolin Graßmann and Laura Creon attended the 19th Congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology in Torino (http://eawop2019.org/).

The topic of the congress was "Working for the greater good - Inspiring people, designing jobs and leading organizations for a more inclusive society". Around 2000 business psychologists from Europe and the world met at the congress to discuss their research. Carolin Graßmann and Laura Creon also presented their research projects in the areas of coaching and training.

Their conclusion: "We have made many international contacts and received valuable ideas for future research projects. Congresses like this are a great opportunity for exchanging ideas and building research networks. Today's complex societal challenges are best met together".
