Sigrid Peuker studied Linguistics and Media- and Communication Sciences. Working as a project manager, systems administrator and online editor in publishing and media companies since the 1980s, she has extended experience in technical innovation and knows the social and personal changes that come with innovation.
From 1999 to 2004, she was a research assistant at “Freie Universität Berlin”, teaching knowledge management. From 2004 to 2006, she was involved in the design, application and implementation of a training programme for founders and CEOs of small and medium companies teaching “personal and social skills“.
From 2011 to 2012, she worked as a research assistant in third party-funded projects at the “Technische Universität Berlin”.
Since 2007, she has been consulting companies, has hosted and facilitated events and has worked as a teacher and lecturer at schools and universities.
Her foci include:
- promoting ideas,
- creativity and innovation,
- collaboration and cooperation under uncertain and difficult conditions,
- communication across cultural and disciplinary boundaries,
- political and social participation.
Since 2012, she has been a lecturer in the Master programme Entrepreneurship at SRH Hochschule Berlin. Since 1 February 2017, she is Head of the SRH Start-up Lab Berlin.
