In this MBA programme, students benefit from an innovative project-based teaching approach that focuses on both HR-specific expertise and leadership skills. The curriculum includes an in-depth learning experience leading to a broad understanding of human resource management as part of an organisation’s strategy.
Students explore personnel specific issues such as recruitment and selection, training and development, diversity and diversity management as well as HR analytics and technology. They learn how to apply the newest HR management approaches effectively in an international context.
Thanks to the projects and the skill-based approach of the International Human Resource Management programme, students get to train all relevant soft skills that employers are looking for, such as communication, intercultural, team-building or negotiation skills.

Admission requirements vary according to the educational background and citizenship of candidates. The basic requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Personal/Phone interview
- Proof of at least two years of work experience
- Proof of English language proficiency.
All applications are examined individually to determine if they meet the admission requirements.
