With key competences to success - through the Master's programme

The Master's programme "International Business & Leadership" at the SRH Hochschulcampus Dresden is designed for ambitious personalities who wish to assume a future leadership position in international companies. The concept of our Master's programme is designed to develop relevant key competences and to teach essential areas of innovative personnel and corporate management.

Each semester covers the following topics:

Leadership Skills (1st semester)

In the first semester, the basics of leadership are laid in the CORE-oriented study model. In the first module, "Trends & Concepts", you will learn about new developments in the market and future occupational fields that are suitable for Master's students. In addition, the fundamentals of leadership are also examined in a cultural context. Since future leadership tasks often require a high understanding of financial aspects and markets, you will also get to know them in the first semester.

Application of Leadership Tasks (2nd semester)

In the second semester, industry-specific and generalist modules will be thematised in separate courses and the deepening of management tasks in an internationally operating company will be dealt with. New models of working, the development of employees in teams and health-oriented promotion of working conditions will prepare graduates for their future management tasks in practice.

Going International (3rd semester)

The third semester includes an internship abroad or a semester abroad in which you can prove your acquired skills.

In-Depth-Experience (4th semester)

In the fourth semester, you will learn empirical research methods in an online module and then devote yourself to your Master's thesis.
